Direct marketing
Culinary Solutions Academy and Training resource Solutions will not use any student personal information for any marketing purposes, but may use business information such as business email, address and phone number for direct marketing by Culinary Solutions Academy Training Resource Solutions but will not disclose to a third party marketing entity.

Training Resource Solutions will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

Privacy Policy Complaints and Enquiries
If you have a complaint or concern regarding use, storage or disclosure of any personal information the please follow the following steps.

Contact us directly in writing and detail your concerns and how we can contact you to discuss the matter. This will give us an opportunity to investigate and rectify any problem and report back to you within five business days or as soon as practicable.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your concerns, you can ask for a and internal review by the Managing Director of Training Resource Solutions, we would aim to conduct this review within 21 days or as soon as practicable as we may need to seek legal advice.
