This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided, in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

 

1. Australian Consumer Law Compliance

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees for goods and services, including that:

• They are provided with due care and skill,

• They are fit for the purpose described,

• They are delivered as promised.

If a course is found to be faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a refund, exchange, or credit.

 

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing a course. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

 

3. Access to Course Materials

Once you have logged in and accessed the course for the first time, no refund will be provided. Logging in is considered "use" of the product.

 

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the course, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved and is due to a fault on our side, a refund or credit may be provided.

 

5. Requesting a Refund
