Refund and Liability 

The maximum liability or refund of TRS in relation to any product, whether arising in tort or contract or any other cause of action, is limited to the Product/s Costs paid in respect of the product/s provided however that TRS has no liability at all under this clause unless the Customer notifies it in writing of any claim no later than 14 day after access to the eLearning or other product. 

Nothing in these Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) and which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

Goods and Services Tax 

Customers purchasing from within Australia have Goods and Services Tax included in the purchase price, Customers purchasing from outside of Australia do not have Goods and Services Tax included in the purchase price. 

Customers own judgement 

Except as provided in these Conditions all expressed and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the products for any purpose are expressly excluded and the Customer acknowledges that it has made its own assessment of the products as being satisfactory for its purposes in all respects. 

Accuracy of information 

TRS makes every effort to ensure that the eLearning and other products are up to date  and TRS is not responsible to provide any updates.  TRS is not responsible for any errors or omissions but will gladly correct any errors or omissions notified in writing by the Customer as soon as practicable. 

Term of eLearning access

Customers are granted 12 months access to eLearning products from the date of payment unless otherwise agreed to by TRS.
