Stephen began his culinary career in London before working in top hotels and resorts across Europe, the Caribbean, South Africa, and Australia. He later trained over 400 cooks for the opening of Crown Casino Melbourne and became a respected guest chef, trainer, and advisor. He has worked with culinary schools across Asia and is a certified Culinary Educator with the World Association of Chefs Societies.

Phillip started his career as a cook and chef in Melbourne’s top hospitality venues, later becoming Sous Chef for the opening of Crown Casino. He then moved into education, co-founding Culinary Solutions Australia with Stephen to deliver training across Australia and Asia. Now a leading eLearning specialist, he’s known for developing culinary programs aligned with Australian standards.

Callan is our education and instructional design expert, bringing nearly a decade of experience as a leading teacher in Victoria’s education system. He now leads the development and management of our online training platform at Training Resource Solutions, overseeing eLearning course creation and the implementation of holistic, outcomes-focused education systems.

Aliesha is our Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth, efficient running of daily operations. Raised in a hospitality-focused family, she brings a natural talent for customer service and operational management. Known for her inclusive approach, she builds collaborative teams and delivers practical, results-driven solutions that support client success.
