Sanitising: Kill bacteria on surfaces, knives, and chopping boards
Date labels: Track freshness and reduce waste
FIFO (First In, First Out): Rotate stock properly
Glass safety: Keep kitchens as glass-free as possible
Cross-contamination: Prevent bacteria transferring from raw to cooked foods
